“The Story Behind Wainshop”

Hey, I want you to pause for a moment.
In a world that moves so fast, chasing the next thing, we often miss the love that’s already right in front of us. Something as simple as toast — whether it’s burnt or perfectly golden — becomes beautiful when it’s made with love. That small, everyday gesture is what inspired everything at Wainshop.
I’m the artist and founder behind Wainshop, based in Berkshire, United Kingdom. A few years ago I realised that most clothing we wear has no real meaning. It’s just fabric. I wanted to create something different — apparel that carries intention, symbolism, and quiet reminders of love in all its forms: energy, presence, care, joy, and connection.
That’s how “Wear the love you live by” was born.
Every design at Wainshop starts with a feeling. I sit down with my sketchbook and let the symbols come naturally. Some pieces speak of choosing love even on difficult days. Others celebrate the small, shared moments that make life rich — a hug, a kind word, someone simply showing up. The layers in each artwork are intentional: they reveal something new the more you wear them, and they speak differently to every person depending on their own experiences.
We use only premium organic cotton and heavyweight fabrics because the message deserves to feel as good as it sounds. Whether it’s a soft midweight hoodie you reach for every morning or a super-premium double-print t-shirt you wear when you want the world to feel your energy, these pieces are made to last — physically and emotionally.
Wainshop isn’t about fast fashion or trends that come and go. It’s about creating clothing that becomes part of your story. A daily reminder that love isn’t something you only feel — it’s something you can literally wear.
